What Does The Following HSG Report Suggest?
The hsg I took shows the following result: the cervical canal is normal in calibre, outline and luminal opacification. The uterine cavity is deformed and irregular with multiple filling defect and extrinsic compressions. Please help me with the explanation

The hsg report shows that cervical canal ids normal.. the internal lumen is also normal. But uterine cavity is irregular with multiiple filling defects.
The report suggests some thing like multiple fibroids /fibrotic adhesions in the cavity dividing it in multiple parts separated by fibripotic filling defects.
Blood cbc/montoux test /Hystetoscopy would throw more light on the causative factor. Followed by specific treatment.
Please consult an expert gynecologist.
