Hello, I need help interpreting my hsg results. The report states: No abnormal calcifications noted. After injection of contrast media, uterine cavity is filled. Fundal portion of the endometrial cavity has a concave appearance compatible with arcuate uterus. Filling defects are seen within endometrial cavity. Some menstrual bleeding is seen therefore could represent thrombus however polyps cannot be excluded. Right Fallopian tube fills and there is minimal spill of contrast from right tibia. Contrast accumulates around fimbriated end of tube. This is compatible with peri tubular adhesions. Intravasation of contrast is seen into right side of myometrium. Left Fallopian tube fills however no definite spill of contrast from left hip.
