What Does The Following FNAC Report Suggest?
Hi, this is patient age of 64 yr. He has done FNAC on 18 Apr 2017. Now report came and there is written by expert in report: CT guided FNA smears from lung are paucicellular and show occasional scattered clusters of atypical cells with hyperchromatic nuclei in a necro- inflamamtory background along with alveolar macrophages. Features are suggestive of carcinoma
