Welcome to HealthcareMagic

As there is an old infarct as there was a heart attack in past then you should undergo angiography and stress echocardiography for evaluation of blocked coronary arteries .
Also undergo evaluation for BP and sugar level and lipid profile .
If you have any further query then you can come back to HealthcareMagic.
I will definitely help you and guide you appropriately
