What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

I had a brain scan done yesterday, it showed subcortical; t2 hyperintensities, right frontal lobe, gliosis related to migraine phenomena. I have had some major short term memory loss and have had a few pretty bad falls. 6 months ago I was diagnosed with necrotizing pneumonia caused by MRSA in both lungs......I was told that it is also possible I had a slight stroke during this period as my oxygen level was very low. Is it possible that the falls and short term memory loss can be related to all that has happened, I never had any thing like this before the pneumonia.....
