General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The lung and liver lesions sound to be malignancy spread from the previous carcinoma.

The kidney stone is likely to be due to pH imbalance, recurrent infections or else not related to metastases.

However, the symptoms of the patient are very vital to co-relate the findings.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
