What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

In my chest CT report says The study reveals fibro calcific nodule in anterior and posterior segments of right upper lobe. Tiny adjacent ill defined nodular and patchy ground glass opacity also noted. Subcentimetric non calcific lymphnodes are seen in pretracheal, paratracheal, aroto- pulmonary window & subcarinal regions. I undergo this test to check tuberculosis suspected by some centre

Hello,

This fibrocalcific nodule in right upper lobe may be a sign of tuberculosis. Some inflammation is present in your lungs. You should see your doctor for other tests or analysis and the right treatment.
