Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi: Just got my CT scan back and this is what it said. Liver measures 21.2 cm in length and previously measured 20.3 cm on 04/30/2010 CT exam in 20.5 cm on MRI 08/12/2014 exam. There are couple of low-density structures within the liver. Largest measures 1.5 cm in size and has a density value suggestive for a hepatic cyst. On prior study this measured 1 cm. This a second subcentimeter low-density which is similar to prior exam. Liver comprised of diffuse mildly diminished low density.
HI Well come to HCM Actually this is not the right way or ideal way but clinical symptoms need to be given first or for what you had to go for CT study this is not being given here because CT finding need to be correlate with the clinical condition for better opinion, else CT report could be suggestive of some liver pathology, hope this information helps, take care.
