What Does The Following CAT Scan Report Suggest?

I have been in much pain went to ER . CAT Scan showed right lateral abdominal wall hernia interposed between the 9th and 10th anterolateral intercostal space and containing a nonincarcerated segment of ascending colon. I was sent home after I was given pain meds and got stable. where do I go from here?
