Hello..Follicles are normal physiological components produced in ovary and are responsible for causing embryo formation when fertilized with male sperm. Only on e follicle (Graffian follicle ) interacts with the sperm during one cycle. Follicles are normally present in ovaries and if you are having them than it is all the more suitable for pregnancy. The condition that you should worry sine you are having conceiving problem is PCOD( Poly cystic ovarian disease). If your ultrasound doesnt show that ,no need to worry but if you are not sure than go for a trans vaginal scan to look for PCOD and ovarian volume.
Hope to hear !!
