What Does The Decreased Level Of Estrogen Indicate During Pregnancy?

Hello, As of today I am 7 weeks pregnant. They measured my estrogen level and wanted it to be at 1000. Well, last week when it was measured it was at 1230 so I figured this would be no problem. Today it was at 937. The nurse on the phone said not to worry but its kinds hard not too. With a falling estrogen level what does this mean? Also, I got pregnant through IVF.

Thank you for the question.I would suggest you leave that for your doctor to worry about. There are fluctuations of hormones to varying degree day to day and minor ups and downs may not be significant. There is always a substitution avalable orally and injections of estrogen if need be.Let your doctor decide the status clinically, fetal growth etc.
