What Does The Blood Report With WBC 12.700 Cells/cm Indicate?

I got my blood test report yesterday. in that report
E S R =32mm/hr Blood platelets----4.64laks/cm A E C 450
wbc--12.700cells/cm is the report shows any imfamation or infection in my body. what may be the cause. When I sit for long time my legs swells. At night I suffer from leg pulling I never get proper sleep

Don't worry you may have mild infection or inflammation somewhere in your body. That leads to all.so find that and take treatment accordingly.
