General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Apicolordotic view of Chest X-Ray is commonly ordered by the treating Physician due to cloudy areas on previous X-Rays.

Your X-Ray shows hazy infiltrates marks pulmonary edema (fluid build like pus, blood, protein, etc) causing infection & discomfort.

Impression of KOCH's infection on the right upper lungs marks that the right upper lung is infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

You have caught infection of tuberculosis by the inhalation of air droplets from cough or sneeze of the infected person.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
