Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of reticular densities in the right lower lung fields suggests presence of parenchymal disease of the lungs.
Interstitial lung diseases are the most common parenchymal diseases.
These group of diseases affect the lung parenchyma and cause symptoms of dyspnea and labored breathing.
However, a couple of other investigations are required to diagnose the condition.
I suggest you to consult a physician or a pulmonologist preferably with the report.
Pulmonary function tests are needed to assess the condition further.
Treatment can be instituted once diagnosis is made.

Thanks and take care
