On 10.06.11 one of patient diagonised byP.C.Mohatra.As as per his advice you prescribed Folinine tablet.The person having Diabaetics and advised by you prescibed one medicine to take day 3 to day 7 of the period and one test between day 10 to day 12.But the period missed and as per self pregnancy test same is positive.During that period as your clinic was closed so we take the patient to Nishamani Clinic(Dr Swati Mallick).There is some minor bleeding.So she advised us to take following medicine
1) Naturogest Injection(Weekly twice)
2)Duphastone(Twice Daily)
3)MHR Tablet once daily

She ultrasound the patient twice

Impression of ist Ultrasound is
POD Fluid in Cervical Canal
Impression . Missed Abortion
Early Intra Uterine Pregrency

Impression of 2nd Ultrasonud

POD. Fluid seen in Pelvis
Impression. Chronic Ectopic

Last Period was 08.05.2011.No Period cycle till now.

Back ground of the patient

The patient is a Diabatic Patient & Diagnosed by Dr S.R. Pattanaik and taking insulin of 17 ml in morning & 8 ml in the night.Already one abortion done on 20.10.2010.In Both the case bleeding occurs during pregnancy.
