Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are degenerative disc disease. Its treatment is glucosamine and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Cervical excercises are helpful. Meaning of this MRI is that one of ostoephytes is slightly pressing the dural space and spinal cord. On right side there is facet joint hypertrophy leading to mild foraminal stenosis. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
