What Does The MRI Report Mean?

a child of 5 years old, has undergo MRI ,and the results show that ,there is a prominant temporal of the Rt lateral ventricles of the brain ,and atrophy of the Rt hippocampus with diltation of the temporal horn and mesial temporal scierosis, can you plz explain to me what does the child suffers from bcoz I didnot understand??

She seems to be suffering from seizure disorder which is due to medial temporal sclerosis. It is one of the few condition which responds to surgical treatment.
