What Does Testicle Discomfort After Unprotected Sex Indicate?
I had sex with a girl about a week ago we had unprotected sex for about 20 seconds just to try it out then we put on a condom, I also received unprotected oral, I asked her about being clean and she said she was. A day after sex I noticed my left testical having discomfort and sometimes hurting when sitting or laying in certain positions. What could be causing this? Could she have ruffed the sack to much?

Testicular roughness is unlikely but you can use coconut oil for relief. Get a urinalysis done for UTI. Consult with reports and consume more liquids.
