What Does Tenderness And Pain In The Rib Cage Indicate?

lower left side/back tenderness. Sharp pain when touch the lower bottom of the rib. Appeared suddenly about 3 weeks ago. One week ago the same type of pain appeared on the top of the right shoulder but only hurts when touched. 2 days ago the same pain on the upper right back when the shower water hits it. So now have 3 areas of concern.

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely in your case.
So avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid sudden jerky movements of affected parts.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Also start calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements as deficiency of these can cause such multiple pains.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
