What Does Swollen Lymph Nodes On Right Side With Reddness In Throat Of A Child Suggest?
my 3 year old has swollen lymph nodes on his right side only (throat is red on right side only as well), coughing, runny nose, difficulty breathing on and off (he has cystic fibrosis as well), but his white blood cell count is normal. what could this mean?

Thank you for following up. She has tonsillitis,caused by usually mixed infection.
I suggestr-
-Azythromicin 10 mg/kg/dose after 1 hout before meal for 5 days
-Visilac 1 capsule 1 time for 1 month
-Enzymes
-Nebulization with fluimucil
- lozengessualin,strepsils 1 tablet 4 times resolve for 5 days
-Rince gurgle with salty,soda water,lysterin
-Nasal decongestant-otrivin 2 drops 3 times and nasal spray with fluimucil ir acylcystein
