Hello,

It is very difficult for us to treat without any investigation and without proper history to come to a diagnosis.

If you think your symptoms are due to diabetes then you will have polyuria, polydipsia, fatigue are your common symptoms and you can treat diabetes with lifestyle modifications only.

Take frequent meals and eat less every time, 6 to 8 times per day can be taken, do regular exercise 30 minutes per day and you will be all healthy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
