Since you are getting the sensation of getting startled several times a day, meaning your heart beats faster than normally and you are not comfortable with the feeling. You should lose weight if
obese, maintain heathy weight. Stay active and avoid sedentary lifestyle. Avoid taking refined flour,
trans fat, full fat dairy products, oily, spicy food & red meat.
Prefer taking boiled food, food cooked in olive oil, take well cooked whole cereals, take cooked vegetables and fruits. You can take lean mean and small fishes. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Cardiologist. Get Lipid function tests and routine cardiac functions tests which will include all imaging tests also. You will be treated accordingly. In the meantime give yourself quality sleep, avoid addictions of any kind. Stay away from
anxiety &
stress.
