What Does Sores And Cuts On Vagina Imply?

I have noticed canker like sores and tears/cuts near the opening of my vagina. It s red and swollen and extremely painful. When they first appeared they had a white pus in the middle of the hole , now it looks like different holes grouped together. Along with what looks like cuts or tears

We have to rule out conditions like herpes which can also present like this. Do a vaginal swab done to make a diagnosis. You can start on antibiotics like Metronidazole. If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
