General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The presentation of narrated symptoms suggests that there is possible nerve compression due to ligament issue or else at the shoulder region giving referred pain to the mentioned areas.

In our clinic, I recommend an MRI of the region for final diagnosis and further management guidelines.

Thanks.

Take care.
