What Does Soreness On The Left Testicle Indicate?

Hi, recently I tried something different during masturbation. When I got ready to ejaculate, I squeezed the tip of my penis closed to stop it and then let loose to increase the sensation. Since then my left testicle has been sore and sensitive to the touch. Is this cause for concern and how could I help this go away?

Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your problem.

As per your history and symptoms it seems to me that you may either had torsion or it can be epididymitis.

Because of the blockade it might cause pressure or create more torsion to testicle.

If I would have been your treatment doctor, I would have advised you a course of doxicycline and pain killer like Ibuprofen for five days if you don't have any medical or allergic history to the concerned drugs.

You need to visit a general surgeon for further evaluation.
Hope the answer to your query and visit us again in case you want any further medical queries to be answered.

Regards
Dr Muzaffar Hussain Parray.
