What Does Soreness In The Side Of Breast Suggest?

Hello, the side of my boob was extremely sore for one day, like near my armpit. It felt sore as if u worked or it did some push ups. It hurt when I moved my arm too quickly and was also sensitive to the touch. Was definitely my boob though. Lasted only a day. Any idea What that could have been?

hello. soreness in the breast is usually due to hormones-- especially a week before the menstrual period. the breast usually is very sensitive to hormonal changes before the period, hence there are episodes of soreness and pain due to breast tissue swelling. if it is persistent, I suggest you consult a physician for a thorough breast examination.
