Hello,

Possibly those may be hemorrhoids or mild rectal prolapse or anal warts et cetera. Until examination is done, confirmation is under doubt.

So, avoid straining during defecation, avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking. Eat high fibre diet and regular exercise maybe helpful.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your physician, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
