What Does Soft Tissue Damage Suggest?

I had a terrible experience with urgent care and have since been examined/crates by my cardiovascular Dr......funny his name is Siegel too.....after reading the xrays he advised I had soft tissue damage which is still painful.....he prescribed me something for pain and I have a followup with him.....next week......I was just floored that urgent care is not the place to go for urgent help!

Hi,
As suggested by your x-ray finding you don't have any bony injury and soft tissue was involved .When there is injury then inflammatory reaction starts at the site of injury releasing prostaglandine and othe factor .
So during first 2 days apply cold compression (with ice packs ) Take analgesic (NSAID), MUSCLE RELAXANT , PPI with immobilization for 5 days ( then sos )and other symptomatic management .

Hope this ll help

THANKS N REGARDS
