My daughter suffering adenoid hypertrophy Doctor suggested surgery after soft tissue neck x-ray..... X-ray report is written as......The prominent paravertebral soft tissue compressing posterior nesophernyx....paraphrnegeal paravertebral soft tissue appearing normal Please suggest a medicine

Hi,

Report showing soft tissue swelling of posterior pharynx. So she may need surgery, other wise it is difficult to treat this condition medically. Antibiotics or decongestants may useful but, if symptoms not improved consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
