What Does Small Exophytic Lesion In Ovary On USG Suggest?

hi doctor, My ultra sound scan report states, Both ovaries are normal in size with tiny peripherally arranged follicles. Right ovary - 2.6*1.9*2.3, vol 6.1cc, Left ovary: 2.6*2.8*2.8, vol 9cc with small exophytic lesion 2.7*2.2cm. No calcification/ solid components / vascularity.

usually, a small.lesion like that is benign and will resolve on it's own. you should probably have it followed with another ultrasound in a few months of make sure it resolves. I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any more questions
