General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The narrated report of lumbar lordosis on x-ray of lumbar spine indicates age related changes rather than any other grave pathology. However, a co relation with the underlying symptoms is of paramount importance to guide further precisely. In majority of the cases:
Analgesic spray
Anti inflammatory medicines
Control of weight
Assisted physiotherapy help great.

Minor number of patients do require surgery as well if there is no response to conservative approach .

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
