Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear many reasons for pain in the right side of abdomen it may be cholilithiasis, cholecystitis, appendicitis, hepatitis, colitis, right renal caliculi, right pyelonephritis etc... It is difficult to say reason for your pain why because the history you provided is not sufficient. But don't worry avoid spicy food, alcohol.. Use tab pantaprazole before breakfast and tab. Mefenemic acid for temporary pain relief. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor immediately.
