What Does Sharp Pain In The Ribcage Upon Breathing Indicate?
I have been jump roping for the past few days and all of a sudden ive started to have sharp pain in my rib cage area in both the left and right side every time i take a deep breath or jump, is there a way to quickly recover to get back to being able to do cardio soon?

The sharp and sudden pain you feel upon breathing is due to over-exercised (jump romping) - muscular-skeletal. Take anti-inflammatory medicines Ibuprofen, Tylenol, etcetera. Apply analgesic cream locally.
