What Does Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

i was on the depo shot and now for the pass month ive been on the pill.. tomorrow is the last day i take my sugar pill and still no period. But all week my ovaries hurt shap pain that comes and goes and ive been feeling sick... just wondering y that may be???

Menstrual periods usually starts after 5-7 days of stopping pills or it may be earlier also. Your lower abdominal pain is due to uterine spasms. Menstrual bleeding will start within 1-2 days.
You can take meftal spas (mefenemic acid + dicyclomine) for pain relief, maximum 2 times a day (12 hours apart).
