What Does Severe Pain In The Groin And Legs Indicate?

I am having severe cramping in my groins which travels down my legs & I am unable to straighten my legs down to the floor, it is excruciating pain. Plus my shinschedule, feet & toes are cramping. (I have normal potassium levels & drink water & eat bananas) . Why is this cramping happening? It won t let me sleep or relax. Thank you so much. Sorry, I am retired & on fixed income & can not afford to pay. Please disregard question.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pain in the leg after straitening may be due to Hypokalemia or pulled hamstring or iliotibial band syndrome or muscle strain or shin splints etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Need blood investigation and physiotherapy. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
