What Does Severe Pain In The Back Of The Head Indicate?

Hi, I was laughing normally at a joke earlier today and out of no where I felt this shard really bad pain in the back of my head/neck area that lasted about 30 sec.. now I have pain back there like if I strained or had a whiplash.. any idea what this is... the pain was so severe that I couldn t contain myself.

Sudden thrust to the neck can cause sprain the cervical spine which can result into sudden pain or blackout. It is temporary and does not cause any damage to body system. Take tab. Naproxen whenever you have pain. Avoid such sudden movements to the neck.
