General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and it seems you have upper respiratory tract infection. Also the soreness in your neck may be due to long hours in front of the computer. URTI can be treated with a course of antibiotics like Tab Azithromycin . You should talk to your physician about it as it is a prescription medicine. For the neck pain a muscle relaxant like Myospas can relieve your symptoms. Also take short break s while working and move your neck and shoulder s to prevent stiffness. Try gargling with warm water with a pinch of salt in it to relieve sore throat. Hope that answers your question. if you have any further questions please feel free to write.
