What Does Redness On The Head Of Penis Suggest?

hi my skin of forehead penis is red .. it is red and before it was itching but i used fourderm cream and citrazine i get relief from itching .. but it is still red and it become dry .. i also taken one tablet of fluconazole. all are saying it is thrush but there is no itching in my forehead skin and small small wound on forehead of pennis . is this thrush or some thing else . i consult my doctor he given me azithromycin antibiotic each tablet on a day and fluconazol every three days one tablet and fourderm cream to apply

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal and bacterial infection. But if you had unprotected sex then STDs like chlamydia or gonorrhea can be suspected. Your doctor have given antifungal and antibiotics which cover all of these. Complete that course. If there is no improvement then it could be due to irritation from chemicals like soaps you use. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the penis head and instead use saline water.
