Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a uplift of the diaphragmatic outline with fluid density.
2.The possibilities of this condition suggest pleural pathology with collection.
3.In this case definitive diagnosis can be done by getting a CT scan done - that will give give the exact reason and cause.
4.As x-ray only gives a out line of any underlying pathology - to know the nature of the pathology, its source and extensions can be seen in the CT thorax.
5.The possibilities of liver or sub diaphragmatic pathologies gives such picture - i would suggest further evaluation in this case.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
