Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts and semen analysis report of your brother indicating that he has Oligoasthenospermia.and presence of pus cells.

I would like to state that Oligoasthanospermia means his sperm count and percentage of active motile sperm is less than WHO standards which may be cause of infertility..

The presence of pus cells is suggestive of infection either in seminal vesicle or prostate and needs to take antibiotics for long period of 6-8 weeks .

Please consult qualified Urologist for evaluation and further treatment.
