What Does "mild Lower Lumbar Spondylosis" In CT Scan Indicate?

hi there, my husband (30yo) has been suffering with back pain for the last 8yrs but no doctor has been able to explain whats happening to him or the reason for his pain. Most recently he went for a CT scan and the results are as follows

Procedure: Multislice CT with angled axial and sagittal reconstructions

conclusion: Mild lower lumbar spondylosis

no evidence of spinal stenosis or focal nerve root compression

no fracture or malignancy

please explain this........

Regards

Trish
