What Does "bilateral Pelvicalyceal Dialtion" Indicate?

am a pregnant women . now 5 month finished.yesterday i did a scan. my dr. told me my baby had bilateral pelvicalyceal dialtion ensure 0.5mm. she told me nothing to worry.it will become to normal in my 7-8th mnth... dr. iwould like to know what is it..?is it curable??
