my one and half yr old son has a puss secretion like thing in his penis , he is not complaining of any pain, gave him anti biotic for a week , checked his blood for any infection, there is no infection but that yellow thing is still there on the penis

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to advise you that if there is not symptoms like fever and vomiting then this may not be puss but could be smegma if child is not circumcised, in my opinion it would be better to see the pediatrician because clinical examination is must, hope this information helps you, take care of child have a nice day.
