What Does Pus Cell In Urine Of An Infant Indicate?

Sir, my daughter aged 1yr 7 month having urine microscopic 35-40 pus cell and doctor has advised for culture test .. till report they have advice 5 ml two times ofaxcin syrup - 50 mg . Kindly advice ..Is this UTI only and any other certain comlication occure

ghanks for your question. yes it is UTI . but we need to see if culture positive or not....and if bacteria is sensitive to ofloxacin.
are there any symtoms such as fever , less urine or excessive crying, tummy pain?
well if no then its asymptomatic uti n not much systemic complications.
