What Does Pricking Sensation All Over The Back Indicate?

Hi, I have been feeling sharp prickling sensations all over my back over the last two days. I do work that involves a lot of lifting and hiking (essentially its high intensity) and have been working in the rain for the past two days. I feel it generally when I bend over to pick up or adjust something. It s not in the same place. It feels almost like there are splinters or needles in my skin. There is nothing new or different regarding my diet and it s the first time that I have experienced this. Thanks for the help.
