Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to have urinalysis as well as X-ray abdomen erect and X-ray KUB and if that's not revealing then ultrasound abdomen and KUB will be needed. Both pelvic or urinary pathologies can cause these symptoms. Surgical and urologist review may be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
