General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi i do care for your concern.
The report suggest that, you are suffering from giardiasis,
this infection is caused by parasite that colonize the small intestine.
If i were your treating doctor, then i would suggest
1) To start on antibiotic such as mertonidazole and continue for full course of 7 days.
2) To maintain adequate hygiene, so as to have safe drinking water, as cyst of this parasite is transmitted mainly through, contaminated water.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
