What Does Presence Of Epithelial Cells In Urine Test Indicate?

Good morning. Can you please interprete this result? Pus celle 0.2 Epiletheal - +( the + was circled in the test result sheet) Every other box, okay or NIL. Shows no antibiotic to be used. I have been having slight sharp sensation when peeing. The urge to pee usuallly starts suddenly. No fever, just very frequent urination. Thanks, AB.

Hello

Your findings suggest almost normal findings.
Few epithelial cells are normally found in urine.These cells are excreted from normal genito-urinary tract and this condition usually doesn't require any treatment.

Very frequent urination may be due to diabetes mellitus or insipidus,urinary tract infection,psychogenic,enlarged prostate(in males)etc.
This condition need proper evaluation and treatment.
