What Does Poor R-wave Progression-unspecified Mean In Ecg Report?

What do ecg results mean? Rate 68, pr 144, qt 412, qtch 427, qrsd 94, p-qrs-t 20/53/21. Had normal stress test a year ago. 39 on BP meds for a year. Also says poor r-wave progression-unspecified. High stress and gerd, chest and abdominal pain occasionally.

Poor r wave progression implies abnormal impulse conduction through the left ventricle in particular.This could result from large variety of cause like hypertension and smoking predominantly.This could be a non specific change as well.Serial EKG monitoring can help to document changes over a time period.A screening 2 dimensional echo can help to rule out organic heart lesions.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
