General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should get assessed for blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid status, serum uric acid and RA factor. I am sure you will get the diagnosis to your problem. If all tests come normal, then undergo MRI wrist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
